Serviced apartments have become much more popular over the last couple of years, as more people are enjoying the extra space and feeling of home, rather than a small hotel room. It is ideal for extended stays, short term corporate lets or family holiday lettings – and whilst you have your own private space, you won’t have to worry about cleaning or laundry, as that’s taken care of by staff.
Hotel food is great if you pick the right hotel but even then after a few nights you find yourself staring at the menu wishing it was longer and missing your home cooked culinary favourites. With our serviced apartments you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, knives, forks, glasses and just about everything else you would normally have in your own kitchen. If you want to raid the fridge at 11pm, that’s fine – and you won’t find yourself with a nasty mini bar bill at the end of the trip. Often with children, they are fussy eaters too, so having some of their favourite food on hand in your apartments can avoid some stressful meals out.
Home Apartments always kit out our apartments with the latest technology so you’ll find smart TVs with one button Netflix HD access for a nice wind down movie at the end of the day – or something to keep the kids busy for a while. Similarly, having a super fast and reliable WiFi connection in all our properties is also a given. In this day and age, having no decent Internet connection is like having no oxygen. Unlike many hotels you won’t be charged for it, you won’t suffer slow speeds and you definitely won’t get laborious connection procedures every time you want to go online.
It’s also nice if you’re either travelling as a family or team of work colleagues to be able to socialise in the same lounge rather than disappearing back to your own rooms. We decorate all of our apartments with quality furnishings to make them very homely and of course you will always have far more space than you would get staying in a B&B or hotel room. Infact, to get the same amount of space in a hotel to our apartments you would probably need either a few rooms or suites!
A two-bedroom properties sleep 4 to 6 – so this also makes the stay very good value for money too. Spending £120 for a night in one of our apartments and splitting the bill into 6 works out at just £20 per person!
