The space

The beach is just a 60 second walk away and situated a few minutes from the town centre, restaurants, shopping centre, pubs and clubs.

The comfort of your stay has been kept at the forefront of the design to appeal to both leisure guests wanting to relax near the beach and equally for professional guests wanting a beautiful space to recharge after a days work.

Bournemouth is renowned for its award winning beach, excellent nightlife/restaurants, amazing entertainment, great shopping and beautiful gardens.

The apartment is very central which is ideal for conferences and concerts at the BIC, with the airport just 12 minutes in a taxi and the train station is only a 4 minute drive or a short walk of less than 15 minutes.

There is lots of nearby parking, so finding a space won’t be a problem. Central car park is just a 4 minute walk away and costs just £5 for 24 hours and two further car parks are even closer: Pavilion car park and NCP Hinton Road.
