This gorgeous apartment will make you feel right at home with it’s attractive decor and comfortable setting. The entrance is easily accessible due to being on the ground floor. The kitchen is stylishly equipped with all that you may need should you want to cook up your favorite dish. The lounge, diner, kitchen is a contemporary setting that will suit everyone for all of their lounging, dining and socialising needs. With large TV’s and games in the lounge, little ones and adults alike will stay entertained. The bathroom being new and modern offers both showering and bathing options to you. Bournemouth and Boscombe offer an array of public services for getting out and about if you don’t want to use your car. With the beach just a short walk away Buses and Beryl Bikes are easily accessible and available for your convenience, local attractions are very easy for your party to reach.

Neighborhood

Location wise this is a terrific spot! you are within walking distance to the beach, Boscombe Pier and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. Bournemouth town centre is close by, and if you love walking, you can take the sea-path along the seafront from Boscombe Pier. Should you drive an Electric Vehicle, you’ll be delighted to know there is a MER 50KW charger in Sainsbury’s car park, 400 metres away. We must highly recommend “Urban Beach” which is a popular bar and restaurant with a chilled and relaxed vibe and only a few minutes away from your apartment.

Access

The Apartment has a communal entrance with a security door that ensures safety and includes parking that is on a first come first serve basis. However don’t let this worry you as there is free street parking on Florence Road and surrounding streets if you miss it.
