After a successful 23 year career in the Royal Navy Martin wanted to expand his property portfolio and during this time identified an opportunity to add value to the Short Stay rental sector. Firstly after using his own property to successfully explore and test the market he then formed Shore Abode Ltd in March 2018 to offer a Management Service to other Landlords and Developers.
When asked about what Shore Abode offers to the guests he said, “Having travelled a lot with both the Navy and my Family I felt I had a good understanding what constituted good accommodation and customer service. I want to offer guests and clients booking our properties the peace of mind that they would be looked after and have everything they required for a lovely stay”.
